Mackenzie Stuart is a leading Executive Search firm with offices in Leeds, London, Dubai, and Harrogate. We only recruit graduates, meaning we’re a young and vibrant place to work, with the majority of consultants under 24. We pride ourselves on offering our employees a lucrative commission structure and in recent years have set up 13 new businesses, run by our top performers who each have an equity stake in their company. The first of these businesses set up in 2012 has already completed a multi million pound MBO to take full ownership back of the business.

The Graduate Scheme
* The role of Executive Search Consultant is a target driven sales role.
* You will be expected to develop a client base, pitch to clients for vacancies and sell opportunities to high level candidates across the globe.
* We offer a 12 week training programme which covers everything from the basics to complex aspects of the job role.
* This comprises of an initial intense 2 weeks of classroom learning, followed by 10 weeks of follow on sessions alongside on the job learning to solidify your understanding and experience.
* We do 90% of our work overseas placing mid management to board level candidates in some of the most successful companies in their fields.
* You will become and expert in your industry sector and speak confidently with senior individuals across the world. -
What we look for
* We are looking for graduates who have a keen interest in sales and have what it takes to forge a successful career as a Headhunter.
* This is one of the toughest graduate jobs you can take on and requires huge amount of hard work, resilience and tenacity.
* We look for money driven individuals who are willing to work hard in order to achieve both financial gains and career progression.
* You must be confident, personable, professional and extremely hard-working. -
What we can offer
* We offer a competitive basic salary alongside a lucrative uncapped commission structure.
* There are also monthly and quarterly incentives, including all expenses paid trips abroad to Ibiza and Chamonix, as well as vouchers for shops such as John Lewis, Harvey Nichols and Selfridges.
* Progression is solely performance based with many Consultants being promoted to Management within 12-18 months.
* One day to potentially have your own executive search business (we have set up 13 so far in total).
* We have over 70 places available across our offices.
* Start dates are flexible with summer starters from May to September, as well as the opportunity to join at other times of the year, for example if you have been travelling.
